Chicken Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small cans chicken
    2 (8 oz. pkgs.) cream cheese
    parsley flakes
    Ritz crackers
    1-1/2 capfuls Liquid Smoke
    seasoned salt to taste
    chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix chicken, cream cheese, liquid smoke and salt.
    Using wax paper, sprinkle parsley flakes and chopped pecans on the paper. Shape chicken mixture into log shape; lay on top of flakes and pecans.
    Roll over until all sides are coated.
    Chill; serve on Ritz crackers.
