Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 (32 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
2 c. Ricotta cheese
2 eggs
10 lasagna noodles
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer.
In separate bowl, mix Ricotta cheese and eggs.
In large baking dish, spoon meat mixture to cover bottom of dish. Alternate layer of noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and meat sauce, forming 2 layers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes. Top with Parmesan cheese.
