Seafood Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crabmeat or 2 cans chopped shrimp
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese (light), softened
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (less salt)
    1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatine
    1 c. mayonnaise (light)
    pimentos, chopped (optional, drain)
Preparation
    Heat soup and gelatine about 1 minute.
    After it begins to boil, remove from heat.
    Add Philly and mayonnaise.
    Fold in crabmeat and chopped vegetables.
    Mix well.
    Spray gelatin mold with nonstick spray. Pour mixed ingredients in mold.
    Refrigerate 1 1/2 to 2 hours before serving.
    Serve with your favorite crackers, low in fat or fat free.
