Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. honey or brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2/3 c. nonfat milk
1 c. unprocessed bran
1 c. flour or whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together shortening, honey, molasses, egg and milk, then add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
