Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. orange juice
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 or 2 c. cottage cheese
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine eggs, milk, orange juice and margarine.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Bake 4 large pancakes on hot griddle, one at a time, using 2/3 cup batter for each.
Stack pancakes, spreading cottage cheese between each.
To serve, cut into wedges and spoon Orange Sauce over top.
