Lemon Berry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) tub nondairy whipped topping
1 (6 oz.) prepared graham cracker crumb crust
1 pt. strawberries, halved
2 c. cold milk
2 pkg. vanilla or lemon instant pudding and pie filling
Preparation

Beat cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar until smooth. Stir in lemon peel and juice.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of whipped topping.
Spread evenly in bottom of crust.
Press strawberry halves into cream cheese layer.
