Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1/4 c. whipping cream
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. cranberries
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Peel and run them through a potato ricer into a bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients except the marshmallows and whip with a mixer until light.
    Place in a baking dish and top with the marshmallows.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until the marshmallows brown and the dish is hot.
