Absolute Best New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 pt. sour cream
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 lb. sweet butter or margarine
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. cornstarch (5 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp.)
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    In food processor or blender, put small amounts of sour cream, cottage cheese and butter.
    Blend until smooth.
    Add cream cheese.
    Blend again.
    Add eggs, one at a time, while blending in rest of ingredients (lemon juice, cornstarch and sugar).
    Blend all together.
    Spray a spring-form pan with Pam or grease it.
    Pour batter into pan and bake on cookie sheet for 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0 until slightly brown on top.
    Let cool for 2 hours in oven.
    (If electric oven, door should be partially open.) Can serve plain or with fruit.
