Layered Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    grated Romano cheese
    3 bacon slices, fried crisp
    1 1/2 qt. torn spinach
    2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. red onion rings
    10 oz. pkg. frozen peas, cooked
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix crisp bacon bits with 1/2 cup Romano cheese.
    In a 2 1/2-quart bowl, layer spinach, bacon cheese mix, mushrooms, onions and peas.
