Crisp Noodle Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    3 Tbsp. onion soup mix
    1/8 tsp. pepper (optional)
    1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place chicken in a single layer in casserole (9 x 13-inch).
    In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, soup mix and pepper; blend thoroughly.
    Spread over chicken and sprinkle with noodles.
    Bake 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Makes 4 servings.
