Shrimp And Cheese Cold Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. bottle Clamato juice
    1/2 c. chopped, peeled cucumber
    1/3 c. thinly sliced green onion
    1/4 lb. small, cooked shrimp
    2 Tbsp. each: olive or salad oil and red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
    1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. hot pepper seasoning
Preparation
    Put everything but the cheese, shrimp and pepper seasoning in 2-quart bowl.
    Chill.
    Two hours before serving, add shrimp and cheese.
    Just before serving, add pepper seasoning to taste.
