Apricot Or Peach Rosemary Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped apricots or peaches
1/2 c. chopped avocado
1/2 c. chopped tomato
1 tsp. finely shredded lime or lemon peel
4 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
2 tsp. snipped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
Preparation

In a bowl, stir apricots or peaches, avocado, tomato, lime or lemon peel, lime or lemon juice, green onion and rosemary. Cover and chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
