Snowy Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 7 potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. minced green onion
    paprika
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain. Mash potatoes in large bowl of electric mixer; add cream cheese, sour cream and salt.
    Beat at high speed until smooth and light. Stir in chopped green onion.
    Spoon into a lightly greased baking dish; sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter or margarine. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown and heated through.
    This can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking.
