Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. raw blanched peanuts
Preparation

Combine ingredients, except peanuts.
Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Add peanuts; increase heat to high, stirring constantly until peanuts become light brown.
Remove from heat and quickly add 1 teaspoon baking soda.
Spread thinly on greased shallow pan.
