Sukiaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    steak, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    3 carrots
    green onions
    broccoli
    green peppers
    mushrooms
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. chicken broth
    fresh bamboo shoots
    celery
    fresh spinach
    zucchini
    peas
Preparation
    Heat skillet.
    Add oil and meat; brown.
    Add soy sauce, sugar and chicken broth.
    Add vegetables, sliced thin.
    Serve over rice. Serves 6 to 8 people.
