Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. finely chopped, cooked ham, pork, bacon or Chinese sausage or a combination
1/4 c. raw shrimp, shelled and finely chopped (optional)
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 c. cooked rice (cold)
1 tsp. m.s.g.
2 Tbsp. scallions, cut fine
Preparation

In hot oil, brown garlic, stir in shrimp for 1 minute, then add meat sauce.
Saute 3 minutes.
Push to one side of pan and stir in eggs until cooked, then stir in rice.
Season with soy sauce, m.s.g., salt, pepper and scallions.
Mix well.
