Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 to 2 1/2 c. blueberries
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar (for topping)
Preparation
    Cream margarine and 1 1/4 cup sugar together.
    Beat in eggs until light and fluffy.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
    Mash 1/2 cup blueberries and stir into batter by hand.
    Add rest of berries and mix by hand.
