Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bay leaf
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dried whole basil
    1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 slices bacon, cook and crumble
    1/3 c. dry Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine bay leaf and small amount of water in saucepan. Arrange zucchini and steam 8 minutes.
    Set aside.
    Combine eggs and next 7 ingredients in large bowl.
    Mix.
    Add zucchini, tomatoes and bacon.
    Mix spoon mixture in lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle crumbs and cheese over casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
