Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 3/4 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 egg
1 1/4 c. corn meal flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. white flour
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together (will be lumpy).
Drop into hot oil and fry until lightly brown.
Drain well.
Serve immediately. Can be rewarmed in microwave.
Serve plain or with syrup.
