Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
8 slices pineapple
pecans
cherries
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. sugar
12 Tbsp. pineapple juice
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Melt butter in large cake pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar evenly. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries.
Pour filling over pineapple and cherries.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
