Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked broccoli (fresh or frozen)
    1 jar (2 oz.) pimentos, drained
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix everything except the cheese in a large bowl.
    Put in an oiled (with butter or olive oil) 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Put cheese on top and bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
