Soup Ala Zucchini(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, diced
    2 c. potatoes, chunked
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, quartered
    3 tsp. chicken-style flavoring
    2 c. distilled water
    1/4 c. chives (reserved for garnish)
    1 tsp. Vegit seasoning
    1 c. dry soy milk
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. dill
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Place zucchini, potatoes, onion and garlic in a stainless steel soup kettle.
    Dissolve chicken-style flavoring in 2 cups of distilled water and pour over the vegetables.
    Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
    Puree the cooked vegetables, liquid stock, soy milk and herbs in a blender until smooth.
    Return contents to soup kettle and heat until hot enough to serve.
    Pour into bowls and garnish with chives.
