Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups oil
    2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    2 cups flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 cups grated carrots
    1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream: oil, sugar and eggs together - Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
    Add the sifted ingredients to the sugar mixture, then add carrots and chopped nuts.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until cake springs back when touched.
