Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. canned corn (frozen may be used, but cook first)
    1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    4 to 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine corn, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and cheese and place in greased 10 x 6-inch glass casserole dish.
    Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter or margarine and blend until well coated.
    Sprinkle over corn mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Serves 6.
