Orange Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c butter or margarine, softened
1 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c plain yogurt
2 c flour
1 t baking soda
3/4 c chopped pecans, toasted
1 t grated orange peel
1 c orange juice
1 T sugar

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Beat in eggs and yogurt.
Combine flour and baking soda and stir into the creamed mixture just until blended.
Fold in nuts and orange peel.
Place liners in muffin cups and fill each 3/4 full with mixture.
