Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 egg
    1 onion, sliced
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate (vetsin)
    salt to taste
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    2 tbsp. onion leaves, chopped (spring onions)
Preparation
    Beat egg; add a little salt.
    Heat a little oil in frying pan. Spread beaten egg thinly and fry.
    Slice into thin strips; set aside.
    Saute garlic until brown in oil.
    Add onion.
    When wilted, add pork.
    Stir 3 minutes.
    Season with salt and vetsin. Cook 10 minutes.
    Stir in rice and egg strips; mix well.
    Fry for 10 minutes.
    Serve hot, garnished with chopped spring onions.
