Jalapeno Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked as directed (save water)
2 Tbsp. chopped onion, sauteed in 4 Tbsp. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. jalapeno cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. spinach water
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Add flour, water, milk, pepper and salt to onions and blend. Add cheese; stir until melted.
Add spinach and put in casserole. Top with buttered bread crumbs and brown in oven.
