Broccoli, Rice And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. broccoli
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. butter
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 c. instant rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Saute broccoli and onion in butter.
    Mix together with the remaining ingredients.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
