Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Sift together first 3 ingredients.
In separate bowl, beat egg whites.
To first mix, add lemon zest, egg yolks, milk and lemon juice.
Add egg whites.
Pour into 1-quart baking dish or 6 custard cups; place in cake pan with 1-inch of water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Serve hot or cold with dollop of whipped cream.
