Cole Slaw(Dietetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
    1 carrot, shredded
    1/2 onion, finely shredded
    1/2 c. light mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, carrot and onion in a large bowl.
    Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl.
    After mixing ingredients together, add contents of small bowl to the contents of the large bowl.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Chill 1 to 2 hours before serving.
    Yield:
    10 servings.
