Orange Glazed Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby carrots, thawed and drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen snap peas, thawed and drained
1 1/2 c. Minute brown rice, uncooked
Preparation

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
Add chicken; stir-fry until lightly browned.
Mix cornstarch, broth, juice, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic powder in medium bowl until smooth.
Stir in skillet.
Stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat; boil 1 minute.
