Orange Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced carrots
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. orange juice
4 tsp. margarine
Preparation
-
Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water until tender. Combine remaining ingredients and cook over low heat until thick and bubbly.
Pour over hot carrots and stir gently to coat carrots. Serves 4.
