Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can fruit cocktail (medium)
    1 egg (not beaten)
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
    Add fruit cocktail and egg.
    Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Delicious served with whipped cream.
