Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped diced chicken
3 c. chicken stock
1 c. bean sprouts or chop suey vegetables
1/4 c. butter
1 c. mushrooms
1/3 c. water
2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 small onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
-
Saute until brown the butter, onion and mushrooms.
Add ingredients and simmer 15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Blend in cornstarch and water.
Cook until thick.
Serves 6.
