Peach Cobbler(Finger Licking Good) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pie crust sticks or make your own
    8 c. sliced canned peaches
    1 1/2 c. cornstarch
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Make pie crust according to directions on box or make your own.
    Roll and cut into strips.
    Place a few crust strips in bottom of well-greased, 18 x 18-inch pan.
