Vegetable Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small zucchini
    1/2 onion
    1 carrot
    1 leek
    2 stalks celery
    1 c. lite mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. lite cottage cheese
    1 tsp. pressed garlic
    1 tsp. ground pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 pkg. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Finely\tchop zucchini, onion, carrot, leeks and celery. Saute vegetables\tin
    oil.
    Add
    garlic,\tpepper, oregano and parsley. Set
    aside.
    Blend\tmayonnaise, Parmesan and cottage cheese. Layer
    cooked lasagna noodles with vegetable mixture, then mayonnaise-cheese mixture.\tBake 35 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
