Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni
1/2 green or red pepper, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 c. stuffed green olives
2 jars marinated artichokes, chopped and drained (save marinade)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
curry to taste
Preparation

Cook Rice-A-Roni according to package (but no butter).
Add pepper, onions, olives and artichokes.
Add mayonnaise to marinade.
Add curry to taste.
Toss all together.
Chill overnight.
Great salad for potluck or buffets.
