Oven Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. long grain white rice (uncooked)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion, grated
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix beef, spices, onion, rice and Worcestershire sauce.
    Shape into 1-inch balls and place in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix tomato soup and water; pour over meat balls.
    Cover dish; bake for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is thoroughly cooked.
    Makes about 25 meat balls.
