Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Italian sausage, cubed (mild or hot)
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. celery, sliced
1 c. black olives, sliced
1 medium onion, diced
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 c. mushrooms, sliced (5 c.)
3 1/2 lb. tomato sauce
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. basil, marjoram and oregano
1/16 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cumin and rosemary
1/2 Tbsp. chives and parsley
Preparation

Brown ground beef and Italian sausage; set aside.
Melt butter; add celery and olives.
Cook on medium-high for about 20 minutes. Add onion and garlic and cook about 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms and bay leaf; cook about 5 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, ground beef, Italian sausage and all spices, except chives and parsley.
Cook for a while so spices go through sauce.
