Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    garlic powder
    pepper and salt
    2 Tbsp. hot oil
    approximately 6 to 8 sliced potatoes, about 1/4-inch thick
    1 medium onion, quartered and sliced
    1/2 medium bell pepper
    2 small cans sliced mushrooms
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Season pork chops with garlic powder, pepper and salt.
    Brown pork in 2 tablespoons hot oil.
