Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. milk
1/4 chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix all together; form into balls and roll in flour.
Brown in small amount of shortening.
Place in baking pan and pour over them 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water, mixed.
Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for
2 hours.
Add more water at end of first hour if needed.
