Ritz Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 rolls Ritz crackers, crumbled
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. margarine
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix garlic salt and pepper into beaten eggs.
    Spray casserole dish with Pam.
    Put margarine in dish.
    Put casserole dish in 250\u00b0 oven until margarine melts.
    Roll chicken in egg mixture, then roll in crackers and roll in butter in casserole dish.
    Place chicken, bone side down, in dish.
    Cover with foil and bake at 200\u00b0 for 2 hours.
