Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
Preparation
    Beat eggs until well blended.
    Beat in sour cream and salt. Stir in onion, cheese and spinach (press out liquid in spinach). Pour into an unbaked 8-inch pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
