14 1/2 oz. can Italian stewed tomatoes
1 1/2 c. bite-sized cooked turkey
1/2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
12 in. prepared, prebaked pizza crust
2 c. (8 oz. pkg.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 green or yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/3 c. sliced green onions
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. In medium skillet, combine reserved liquid, turkey and rosemary. Cook 5 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Chop tomatoes; spread evenly over crust. Cover with half of the cheese. Top with turkey mixture, pepper slices and green onions. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 10 minutes in 450\u00b0 oven or until cheese is hot and bubbly. Good use of leftover turkey. Children love it!
