Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can tomato soup
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 to 1 can mild chili peppers
    2 cans refried beans
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef and onion.
    Add the garlic powder and chili powder.
    Drain.
    Put meat mixture in crock-pot and add the remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Just before serving, add the cheese.
    Stir and serve warm with tortilla chips.
