Coconut Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Plus White cake
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
3 eggs
1 c. grated coconut
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0; grease and flour 12 cup fluted pan or 10-inch angel food tube pan.
In large bowl, combine all cake ingredients except coconut; beat 2 minutes at low speed, then beat 2 minutes at high speed.
Fold in coconut; pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool upright in pan 25 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
Cool completely.
