Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose baking mix
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Mix and whip until fluffy.
Grease 12-inch frying pan or griddle and place over medium heat.
Pour 3 or 4 pancakes at a time into pan.
Cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, turn and cook until golden brown.
Have syrup and butter ready and serve immediately with milk, orange juice or coffee.
Makes 12 to 14 pancakes.
