Veal Or Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boiled ham, sliced
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, sliced
    12 pieces veal or chicken cutlets, thinly sliced
    flour
    eggs, beaten
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut ham and cheese into strips.
    Lay cutlets on table.
    Put a strip of ham and cheese on each cutlet, then roll tight.
    Add a toothpick to hold together, if necessary.
    Use three bowls, one for flour, one for bread crumbs and one for eggs.
    Roll meat in flour, then in egg, then in bread crumbs.
    Put a little oil in a frying pan and fry rolled meat until brown.
    Place sauteed meat rolls in a roasting pan and cook in a 400\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
