Diane'S Country Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk or half and half
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    3 c. corn kernels
    crumbled cooked bacon or ham
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a 2-quart baking dish.
    Melt butter in small skillet over medium-high heat.
    Add flour and stir until smooth.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk and stir constantly, until sauce is thickened.
    Remove from heat.
