Chocolate Fudge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. cocoa, divided
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar and 2 tablespoons of the cocoa.
    Add milk, shortening and vanilla; mix only until smooth.
    Add pecans.
    Pour into greased shallow 1-quart baking dish.
    Mix brown sugar and remaining 4 tablespoons cocoa; sprinkle over mixture in baking dish.
    Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over the top.
    (This pudding, when baked, has a chocolate sauce on bottom and cake on top.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Serve warm or cold with cream, if desired.
